South African Institute of Black Property Practitioners

SAIBPP is a leading national voluntary professional association representing +2 500 members from the property sector and the built environment. SAIBPP was established in 1996 to address the under-representation of black people in the commercial property industry.
SAIBPP was founded in 1996 and is a registered B-BBEE Level 1 non-profit/social benefit company. SAIBPP is a voluntary professional association comprised of members from the property sector and the built environment. Our primary objective is to drive transformation in the property sector through policy advocacy, education and training and enterprise support and development. SAIBPP is led by its CEO Mrs Vuyiswa Ramokgopa, with the support of an experienced board of directors from the property industry and built environment, committee members, and office staff.

Event Details

The SAIBPP President's Dinner is an annual fundraising event aimed at raising funds towards our Education and Training initiatives.


This year our fundraising event will focus on the Property academy which was launched last year. Our vision for the Property Academy is to cultivate a thriving community of learners and problem solvers who are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in an ever changing property sector and the world. The 2024 President's Dinner promises to be a unforgettable evening that offers a networking platform and one that also creates a lasting legacy by investing in the sector's future leaders.
