SAIBPP has been instrumental in advocating for transformation of the property sector, driving youth participation and supporting black business and professionals in the property sector and built environment through its various programmes and initiatives.


Education and Training is 1 of our key pillars with initiatives such as our Bursary Fund Program, Enterprise and Supplier Development Program and Property Entrepreneurship Program.


SAIBPP's 2023 President's Fundraising Masquerade & Networking Ball is being hosted on the 5th of April to raise much needed funds to support the life changing EDUCATION AND TRAINING initiatives and programs, namely SAIBPP Bursary Fund Program, SAIBPP Enterprise and Supplier Development Program (ESD) and SAIBPP Property Entrepreneurship Program
