Rupert Finnemore
CEO of EasyPropertiesRupert has enjoyed a career in the property industry spanning 18 years in a number of senior leadership roles. He left the traditional property real estate space to pursue his interests in the disruptive proptech space and helped launch EasyProperties in 2020.
He is an ex English teacher who holds post graduate business and management qualifications from the UNISA Business School and a Proptech qualification from the University of Oxford Business School.
Imdaad Nana
Senior Investment Analyst at Catalyst FMHe is a senior investment analyst and co-portfolio manager of our Catalyst SCI Flexible Property Fund.
Imdaad started his career at JP Morgan as a Valuations Administrator. Imdaad then moved to Oasis Group Holdings as an Investment Analyst. He then joined Avior Capital Markets as an equity analyst. During his time at Avior, Imdaad was a top-rated listed property analyst.
Imdaad has been with Catalyst Fund Managers since September 2018. He joined the team as a senior local listed property analyst. Since January 2021, Imdaad has been co-managing their flexible property solutions alongside Zayd Sulaiman, Ryan Cloete and Lance Bezuidenhout.
